Charlie Martinez

Charlie Martinez was born and raised in Miami, Florida. He graduated from the University of Florida with a Bachelor of Arts in History in 1990. He subsequently graduated from Stetson College of Law with a Juris Doctor in 1994. They are consistently rated in the top 3 by US News & World Report for both trial advocacy and research and writing. He is also “AV” rated by Martindale-Hubbell, its highest possible rating awarded based upon excellence in legal ability and ethical standards.

Charlie has practiced in the area of workers’ compensation defense exclusively since 1995. He initially litigated with both large and mid-size firms prior to opening his practice in 1999. Charlie is a distinguished workers’ compensation trial lawyer who prides himself on his ethics, expertise, and integrity. He handles litigation from mediation to trial and through the appellate process.
