Henry Roman

Henry J. Roman was born in the Bronx, NY and raised in Homestead, FL. In 1993, he graduated from Florida International University with a Bachelor of Arts in History. Thereafter, Henry graduated from Quinnipiac University School of Law in Hamden, CT in 1996. Since his admission to the Florida Bar, Henry’s practice has included workers compensation and employment related matters. Further, Henry provides representation in insurance coverage and commercial disputes. Henry’s representation includes litigation at the trial level through the appellate process. Henry has taken dozens of Workers Compensation cases to trial along with several successful appeals. In addition, Henry has often presented at various claims conferences throughout the United States on workers compensation issues.

Henry is recognized as an AV-Preeminent rated attorney by Martindale-Hubbell, its highest possible rating awarded based upon excellence in legal ability and ethical standards and Client Champion recognizing those attorneys who excel at service as affirmed by their clients demonstrating an ongoing commitment to delivering excellent client service. Henry has also been distinguished by America’s Most Honored Lawyers award recognizing America’s Most Honored Lawyers for continuous professional recognition an accomplishment realized by the Top 1% of American lawyers.

Currently, Henry is on the board for the Broward County Bar Association Workers’ Compensation Section and has served as chair and co-chair in the past. Henry is on the Executive Council for the Florida Bar Association Workers’ Compensation section and serves as a Master in the Richard A Sicking Inn of Court.

Henry is a State of Florida certified insurance instructor and is fluent in Spanish.
