Virna V. Roa, began her legal career in her native South Florida, representing local workers employed in industries as diverse as hospitality, healthcare, construction, and transportation. Equipped with this firsthand knowledge, she evolved to represent and counsel small business owners, human resources personnel, insurance adjusters, third-party party administrators, and corporations. Possessing a vast knowledge of workers’ compensation claims ranging from their inception to resolution, she now vehemently defends clients statewide. With over ten years of exclusive practice in workers’ compensation, she provides practical and accessible advice to clients while zealously advocating for them.

Virna graduated from Tufts University in Medford, MA in 2007 earning a bachelor’s degree in International Relations. She graduated from the University of Miami School of Law in 2010. Virna has been a member of the Miami – Richard Sicking Inn of Court since its inception in 2019.
